Responsibilities:

  • Co-operate with banks, financial institution and partners to enhance Ant Group services on providing payment, collection and other service to e-commerce and other merchants / platforms
  • Develop and execute channel partnerships strategy, including identifying and prioritizing potential partners, negotiating and closing partnership deals, and driving revenue growth through partner networks
  • Monitor and analyse payment platform metrics to i) ensure top up and payment runs smoothly, ii) provide support when issues arise and come up with relevant solutions to resolve iii) assess and clearly convey issues and tasks to relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute activities for the new payment initiatives and/or implementations
  • Ensure project deliverables (channel integration, and optimisation) are executed with quality and on schedule
  • Review process gaps, identify areas for improvement, and drive the top up and payment optimisation
  • Proactively act or follow up on outstanding work items to expedite implementations for payment process improvements

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of working experience with 5+ years working in collaboration with financial institution or payment channel industry. Experience in 3rd party payment company/ payment solution in e-commerce platform/ cards scheme/ bank’s payment solution department (payment or merchant acquiring) would be an added advantage
  • In-depth understanding on local regulations and compliance regarding payment business and cross-border fund movement in MENA region
  • Ability to maintain high efficiency across different countries in MENA region
  • Solid interpersonal skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Able to work under pressure, and adapt quickly to changes
  • Proficient in English and Arabic to communicate with our internal and external stakeholders. Mandarin language skill is a distinct advantage
