The Role:

To support our growing business requirements across EMEA (Europe and Middle East), we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer (essentially a “Junior Recruiter”) to join the team and contribute to the direct sourcing capability of the EMEA Talent team. That’s 20 cities in 16 countries, and expanding!

What you’ll do:

  • Talent Mapping/research/market intelligence and insights
  • Direct sourcing – strategies and engagement (headhunting, ad response/managing)
  • CV and phone/video screening candidates
  • Contribute to team projects/metrics/reports

The ideal candidate:

  • Experienced Sourcer in a fast paced FinTech/Financial Services or Tech scale-up.
  • Proven experience headhunting and engaging passive candidates is a must.
  • Passionate about Talent Acquisition and driven to deliver.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or with relevant transferrable skills.
  • Polyglots are in high demand here! English fluency is mandatory, Chinese (Mandarin) is strongly advantageous, as are European languages where we operate – Dutch, German, French etc. As we also expand into the Middle East, Arabic is also advantageous.
  • Working under pressure in a truly international company, understanding our stakeholders and colleagues work in a matrixed structure across all time-zones globally.
  • Experienced and proficient with recruitment tools/systems/techniques - ATS systems, procurement processes/systems and other reporting tools.
  • Comfortable with word processing, slide/presentation and spreadsheet software.
