The Role:

To support our growing business requirements across the world, we are looking for a Recruiting Specialist / Program Manager to join the team and contribute to the growth of Ant International. This is an exciting role that puts you in the forefront of our expansion plans, spearheading new market hiring requirements and implementing change.

What you’ll do:

  1. Work closely with recruiting agencies/RPO recruiters to deliver results in new markets – you will be the first boots on the ground and the primary POC for new market hiring.
  2. Serve as a thought partner to the business throughout the entire recruitment process
  3. Implement change-management within the recruiting org when there are no new markets/down time from expansion
  4. Use data to influence hiring decisions, improve our processes and unblock challenges
  5. Partner with various cross-functional teams to provide information, market awareness, and support various initiatives

The ideal candidate:

  1. Comfortable to do upwards of 60% travelling across the world
  2. Proven track record of hiring great talent over a period of at least 6 years
  3. Strong skills in managing vendor relationships
  4. Ability to conduct change management effectively
  5. Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Ability to cut through complexity and deliver results, particularly under ever-changing circumstances.
  7. Exceptional communication skills and professional judgment.
  8. Expertise with Excel, and the ability to use data to influence decisions
  9. Ability to speak Mandarin is a must in order to communicate effectively with stakeholders in China
