职位描述:

1. Proactively identify, source, and engage potential strategic institutional clients and Web3 partners. Establish, develop, and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., C-level, Department Heads);

2. Closely monitor developments, the competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the RWA market, providing timely strategic feedback to the company. Explore and implement viable large-scale, consumer-facing crypto application scenarios that deliver tangible value;

3. Develop and execute business development strategies for the asset side targeting global markets, consistently providing TopNod with a high-quality supply of assets and application scenarios;

4. Expand into cross-border markets and successfully establish benchmark cases with effective payment scenarios.

1. 主动寻找、识别并接触潜在的战略性机构客户和Web3合作伙伴。建立、维护与关键决策者(C-level, 部门负责人)的高层关系;

2. 密切跟踪RWA市场的发展动态、竞争格局和监管变化,及时向公司反馈战略建议。探索针对大规模toC的Crypto场景,并且能够落地形成有效的价值输出;

3. 制定并执行针对全球市场的资产端业务拓展计划,并且源源不断为TopNod提供优质的资产供给和场景供给;

4. 拓展跨境市场并且能够落地有效支付场景的标杆案例。

职位要求:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or a related field;

2. Deep understanding of Web3 fundamentals and a global perspective. Prior successful experience in Web3 business development is preferred;

3. Excellent English presentation and communication skills (English proficiency is mandatory);

4. Strong customer success orientation and a collaborative, partnership-driven mindset. Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent teamwork skills.

1. 本科或以上学历,金融、经济、商科、法律等相关专业优先;

2. 深刻理解Web3特性,具备全球化视野,有着成功Web3的商务拓展案例优先。有跨境支付、Web3资产的经验优先;

3. 具备优秀的英文演讲沟通能力(英文是硬性要求);

4. 极强的客户成功意识和伙伴式合作心态、具备创业者精神和团队合作精神。
