Responsibility:

1. 效果广告投放与优化:管理跨平台付费用户获取,包括 X Ads、Google Ads、Apple Ads。从策略制定到日常执行到数据复盘,对投放结果负责。按目标市场、产品卖点、和运营活动制定投放计划。管理代投或自有广告账户:预算分配、出价策略、创意 A/B 测试、受众分层定向等。归因与数据分析,追踪用户从曝光到安装到首次交易到留存的全流程,输出渠道效果报告,驱动后续决策;

2. ASO/SEO 运营:负责应用商店优化和搜索引擎内容获客的执行层面。App Store & Google Play 元数据优化:关键词调研、标题/副标题/关键词字段更新、多语言本地化、A/B 测试。协调 SEO 内容生产:基于关键词调研输出内容 Brief,审核发布,追踪排名和流量;

3. 数据追踪与分析:用数据做决策,熟练使用分析工具追踪渠道表现。深入分析关键指标:CAC、安装转化率、留存率、渠道 ROI,能基于数据发现并解决问题。

1. Paid Advertising Optimization: Manage cross-platform paid user acquisition, including X Ads, Google Ads, Apple Ads. Responsible for strategy formulation, daily execution, and data review of campaign results. Develop campaign plans based on target markets, product features, and operational activities. Manage agency or in-house ad accounts: budget allocation, bidding strategies, creative A/B testing, audience segmentation. Attribution and data analysis, track user journey from exposure to installation to first transaction to retention, output channel performance reports to drive decisions;

2. ASO/SEO Operations: Handle the execution of app store optimization and search engine content acquisition. App Store & Google Play metadata optimization: keyword research, title/subtitle/keyword field updates, multi-language localization, screenshot A/B testing. Coordinate SEO content production: output content briefs based on keyword research, review and publish, track rankings and traffic;

3. Data Tracking and Analysis: Use data to make decisions, proficient in using analytical tools to track channel performance. In-depth analysis of key metrics: CAC, installation conversion rate, retention rate, channel ROI, able to identify and solve problems based on data.

Qualification:

1. 经验:3年以上付费投放实战经验,至少精通以下一个平台:Google Ads、Apple Search Ads、X Ads、Facebook/Meta Ads。有可量化的 ROI 成果;

2. 移动 App 推广经验:理解安装归因、深度链接、应用商店优化的基本逻辑;

3. Web3 熟悉度:了解钱包用户行为、DeFi/RWA 产品逻辑、链上数据基本概念;

4. 有金融科技(银行/券商/支付)类产品投放经验优先。

1. Experience: 3+ years of paid advertising experience, proficient in at least one platform: Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, X Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads. With quantifiable ROI results;

2. Mobile App Promotion Experience: Understand installation attribution, deep linking, app store optimization logic;

3. Web3 Familiarity: Understand wallet user behavior, DeFi/RWA product logic, basic on-chain data concepts;

4. Financial Technology Experience: Experience in financial technology products (banks/brokers/payments) is preferred.
