Responsibilities:

1. 面向行业头部客户，理解客户业务场景，理解客户需求；

2. 基于大模型应用思维，设计并实施复杂的Agent架构和Workflow工作流，完成从方案设计到代码实现的全流程，实现多AI智能体协同工作，通过原型/Demo产品的快速搭建和演示，帮助客户清晰理解AI的价值和应用方式，弥合大模型技术Demo与实际业务价值创造之间的差距，驱动项目从探索阶段进入正式落地阶段；

3. 具备良好的沟通表达，具备直接在客户现场与业务高层，业务使用者及技术团队进行高频沟通的能力，专注在原型构建，技术验证，并在项目进入正式开发落地阶段，充当客户与产品，研发团队之间的桥梁，确保客户业务需求被准确的转达和落地；

4. 原型 / Demo 快速构建与技术验证：

（1）基于客户需求快速搭建最小功能验证Demo、PoC 原型（方式不限，可使用低代码工具、简单脚本、LLM Agent框架等）；

（2）向客户演示概念验证成果，清晰解释方案逻辑、应用方式及预期价值；

（3）根据客户反馈快速迭代 Demo、PoC原型，推动客户对需求和场景达成共识；

5. 项目推进与沟通桥梁：

（1）在项目从 PoC 进入正式开发后，需要协助产研团队输出 技术方案/流程图/用例，确保产研团队清晰理解；

（2）定期 Review 项目进展并提供产研团队客户智能应用的技术方案不走偏。

1. Engage with top-tier industry clients to deeply understand their business scenarios and requirements；

2. Leverage large language model (LLM)-centric thinking to design and implement complex Agent architectures and Workflow systems—covering the full lifecycle from solution design to code implementation；Enable multi-agent AI collaboration and rapidly build and demonstrate prototypes or demos to help clients clearly grasp the value and practical application of AI. Bridge the gap between LLM technology demos and real-world business value creation, driving projects from exploration into formal implementation；

3. Possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage directly and frequently on-site with client executives, business users, and technical teams. Focus on rapid prototyping and technical validation, and once the project moves into formal development, act as a critical bridge between the client and internal product/R&D teams to ensure accurate translation and execution of business requirements；

4. Rapid Prototyping & Technical Validation:

（1）Quickly build minimal viable demos or Proof-of-Concept (PoC) prototypes based on client needs (using any effective approach—e.g., low-code tools, simple scripts, or LLM Agent frameworks);

（2）Demonstrate PoC outcomes to clients, clearly articulating the solution logic, application methodology, and expected business value;

（3）Rapidly iterate on demos/PoCs based on client feedback to align stakeholders on requirements and use cases；

5. Project Execution & Communication Bridge:

（1）After the project transitions from PoC to formal development, support product and engineering teams by delivering clear technical specifications, workflow diagrams, and use cases to ensure thorough understanding;

（2）Regularly review project progress and guide the product/engineering team to keep the client’s intelligent application solution on the right technical track.

Qualifications:

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、人工智能等相关专业优先；

2. 有现场中英文沟通经验,能够快速理解客户业务；

3. 熟悉大模型技术原理，掌握大模型效果与性能评估方法，熟悉各类Post-Training技术；

4. 熟悉大模型相关产品API调用，熟悉RAG、Agent、Workflow等AI应用架构模式，能够设计并实施复杂的多Agent协作方案；

5. 有现场沟通经验，具备技术方案设计能力与面向客户技术高层沟通能力，能够快速理解客户需求，并将其转化为技术方案或可验证的原型；

6. 行动力强，有项目主人翁意识。

职位地点：马来西亚, 新加坡, 印尼, 菲律宾

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (preferred)；

2. Proven experience communicating onsite with clients in both Chinese and English, with the ability to quickly grasp business contexts；

3. Solid understanding of LLM fundamentals, proficiency in evaluating LLM performance and output quality, and familiarity with various post-training techniques (e.g., fine-tuning, RLHF)；

4. Hands-on experience with LLM-related APIs and AI application architectures, including RAG, Agents, and Workflows. Capable of designing and implementing sophisticated multi-Agent collaborative systems；

5. Demonstrated onsite client engagement experience, strong technical solution design capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with client technical leadership. Able to rapidly translate business needs into actionable technical solutions or verifiable prototypes；

6. Highly proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project success.

Preferred Qualifications：

1. Project experience in AI Agents, enterprise-grade AI applications, or enterprise digital transformation；

2. Background in consulting, vendor-side delivery, or pre-sales solutioning roles；

3. Domain knowledge of banking or telecommunications industries；
