Who We Want
Our explosive growth is your opportunity to accelerate your career as one of the founding members of our Minneapolis office. Arrive Logistics is looking to hire an experienced Carrier Sales Representative to help establish and grow our reputation, both in the Minneapolis market and with trucking companies across the country. We’re looking for candidates with previous third-party logistics experience who are ready to put their expertise to work at the fastest-growing brokerage in the country. If you have excelled in a carrier sales role before, our Senior Carrier Sales Representative position will be an elevated continuation of your logistics career.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect carriers through leads listed within our CRM or generating your own leads through individual research.
  • Make outbound calls to and booking loads with carriers.
  • Establish strong Carrier relationships and growing existing Carrier base for future business opportunities
  • Foster a cohesive working relationship with Arrive’s tracking team and engage with them daily to provide elite service from pick-up to delivery.
  • Maintain outstanding service performance and achieve service metrics set by Arrive management.
  • Consistently update tracking boards, entering driver information, making outbound/inbound calls, and managing pre-pick up status.
  • Seek opportunities for new and existing customers to utilize Committed Capacity.
  • Build strong internal relationships with the Business Development team.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to resolve issues efficiently and independently.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a Carrier Sales or Brokering role is required.
  • We’re looking for personable, hard-working individuals who aren’t afraid to go above and beyond each and every day for themselves and Arrive.
  • Resourcefulness is key! We are solving complex issues each and every day at Arrive. We need team players who are curious, ask questions and are solutions-oriented.
  • A strong work ethic is essential. If you don’t enjoy working hard and hustling through your day, this might not be a good match.
