SUMMARY

The Solutions/Systems Architect, Manager supports and enhances the technology, tools, and systems needed to support business operations. You will be responsible for the design, creation, and implementation of internal software systems for the organization. You will work closely with systems administrators, data scientists, developers, and partner vendors to ensure that the software used by the organization functions optimally. You will have a highly technical understanding of software technologies as well as the experience to translate business goals and projects to actionable software development tasks.You will manage and manipulate large amounts of data for the purposes of analysis and communication with the rest of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the administration of the Sales tech stack, including managing individuals and/or contractors.
  • Manage projects related to the improvement of these technologies and processes.
  • Own the design and structure of the data from marketing through finance. Collect, manage, and maintain data stores. Provide access to the databases to each area of the company as required.
  • Own the relationships with third party vendors.
  • Work with internal IT and Data teams to integrate application and internal user data.
  • Decide the appropriate database schemas and formats for the data being stored. Organize different data sets and link data sources together as needed. Provide extensive documentation on available data and how to access it.
  • Provide insights into the process that are not obvious without rigorous data analysis and intimate knowledge of the data structures and processes.
  • Discover challenges and limitations of data structures and tools and propose improvements to enhance user functionality and insight capabilities.
  • Play a key role in designing, delivering and maintaining strategic solutions within Salesforce CPQ, while acting as the main point of contact for end-users.
  • Own the full delivery lifecycle of enhancements and product launches within Salesforce CPQ.
  • Manage and maintain custom commission module.
  • Train other Revenue Operations team members regarding technical updates that will impact Sales Enablement and Sales Insights programs.
  • Maintain documentation for Salesforce and processes in Confluence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-7 years experience leading initiatives within the Revenue or Sales Operations umbrella
  • 4-7 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator
  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce CPQ and Advanced Approvals solutions
  • People management experience
  • You have a strong understanding of Revenue Operations processes and the challenges faced by hyper growth SaaS organizations
  • Expert understanding of CPQ pricing, price rules, product rules, approval chains, and all other CPQ components
  • You have a strong understanding and opinion of how databases should store data, and how different sources of data can provide insights for the company
  • You are experienced working with large, varying data sets and environments
  • You are fluent in Salesforce flows and database languages and can easily interface with business system APIs to collect the data needed for business processes
  • You can translate Sales, Customer Success and Marketing requirements and challenges into actionable data projects
  • You have experience communicating technical information to non-technical or department specific audiences

SALARY RANGE

Actual base salary will depend on experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal equity.

$115,000 - $149,000
