ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Total Rewards Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Total Rewards in managing the global total rewards programs at Benchling. This role will support high impact programs and projects to attract and retain the best talent in the industry. This includes supporting the development, implementation, communication and administration of innovative compensation and benefit programs and policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support in the development and implementation of various total rewards programs, long-term incentive plans and benefits
  • Conduct market pricing activities including job matching, job pricing, recruitment trends to assess current rewards programs and other related initiatives
  • Build and maintain compensation systems and tools to support our compensation review process
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to ensure competitiveness and regular pay analysis to ensure internal parity
  • Support the day-to-day administration and management of benefit programs, including data analysis, enrollment coordination and data audits
  • Support with annual processes such as global renewals, annual enrollments, and other projects as needed
  • Develop tools and communications to increase employee engagement and understanding of our benefit and perk programs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience working in human resources, compensation, or benefits, preferably in a role at a high tech, multinational company
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, able to present data and recommendations in an easy to understand, organized, and logical manner
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheet skills
  • Ability to drive change, be flexible, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong vendor management experience
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders at all levels

SALARY RANGE

Benchling takes a market-based approach to pay. The candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and work location. For this role the base salary range is $134,215 to $181,585.
