We are seeking a Field Operations Coordinator (Part-Time, Weekend) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of field activities across North America. This role is critical in ensuring smooth weekend operations for ProSense FEED device installations, service visits, and removals, acting as the central point of coordination between customers, field technicians, service partners and internal teams.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and can effectively manage multiple moving parts in real time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule weekend field activities, including device installs, service visits, and removals
  • Act as the primary point of contact for field technicians during weekend operations
  • Monitor job progress and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflicts
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and ensure a high-quality experience
  • Track and update job statuses in internal systems (e.g., CRM, scheduling tools)
  • Escalate urgent issues and coordinate rapid response when needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and weekend workflows

Qualifications

  • Working at heights certification, with a full understanding of how to use fall protection equipment, this is preferred but not required
  • Reliable smartphone with basic knowledge of how to use it and take basic measurements.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Great communication skills to work with customers, field technicians and service partners
  • Positive attitude and service minded.
  • Solid work ethic and a high standard for yourself and respect for others
  • Comfortable working independently and making decisions in real time
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
  • Physically able to climb over 40ft bins and lift more than 50lbs.

Working Hours

  • Part-time role (weekends included)
  • Must be available Saturdays and Sundays during core operating hours (aligned with field activity schedules across time zones)

Is BinSentry Remote?

The Field Operations Coordinator (Part-Time, Weekend) will be required to manage field activity from their home on Saturdays and Sundays. In-person training will be provided.
