About the Team The Performance & Incentive(P&I) department works on lots of interesting projects in compensation, benefits, performance management, long-term incentive and relevant areas. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data and benchmarking. The P&I team works on a lot of cool and exciting projects to come up with the best ways to serve our organization. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization. What You Will Do: 1. Responsible for the design and optimization iteration of the business’s compensation and performance management topics and special projects, continuously optimizing the business’s incentives system in accordance with the development of business needs and management challenges; 2. Understand the current situation of the organization through internal interviews, benchmarking research etc, identifying the management pain points and carrying out corresponding performance and incentives special analysis; 3. Continuously drive the construction and optimization of compensation and incentives-related processes, systems and report reviews, improving the efficiency of compensation, benefits, and performance management processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Experienced in total rewards and compensation with hands-on practice in designing compensation strategy; 2. Fluency in English; 3. Ability to exercise sound judgment, backing up proposals with good data to be able to present to management team. Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience in technology industry or human resources/management consulting is an advantage; 2. Excellent project management skills, good project driving and execution ability, excellent logical thinking, good capability in research and data analysis; 3. Good business acumen, strong business understanding and insights, self-driven, good learning capability, good resilience, adaptability to change, maturity to deal with uncertainties, good teamwork awareness and collaboration skills.
