By combining business strategy, operational execution, product optimization, and project management, we identify high-impact opportunities and deliver measurable results. Our team works closely across departments to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. About the Role You will be driving business growth by combining strategic planning, operational execution, product optimization, and project management. It involves identifying opportunities through data and research, creating high-impact strategies, implementing and adjusting them based on market dynamics, collaborating across teams, managing product requirements, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly to achieve measurable business results. Responsibilities Business Strategy - Based on business goals, use methods such as data analysis, user research, and desk research to identify problems and opportunities, formulate high-ROI and industry-leading strategies, and deliver breakthrough business results. Business Operations - Responsible for implementing strategies and ongoing operations, tracking data, making timely adjustments based on market changes, collaborating with other teams, and achieving final business outcomes. Product Operations - Gather merchant and cross-team requirements, design product requirements based on business needs, and work with product and other teams to ensure successful delivery. Project Management - Conduct effective project management, communication, and collaboration to ensure projects progress smoothly and on time, and achieve final results.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field. - Excellent structured and logical thinking skills, capable of effectively analyzing open-ended problems and developing actionable solutions. - Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills, able to make decisions based on data. - Strong communication skills, with cross-team collaboration ability. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in e-commerce is strongly preferred. - Prior experience working in consulting industry is a plus.
