Responsibilities Recruit, manage, set up goals and train a team of HR Operations Specialists responsible for delivering employees and stakeholder onboarding experience. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to proactively address challenges and deliver relevant and impactful HR operation solutions to business. Act as the escalation point of contact and manage the team daily operations to resolve any issues. Recommend, design, and implement employee lifecycle policies and procedures that enhance and optimize existing HR practices. Design various projects to standardize, enhance, and strengthen HR practices across the organization, as well as set new processes, trainings, and initiatives. Ensure legal compliance by managing and implementing applicable policy and process revisions.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Implementing HR talent strategy, including talent attraction and retention; Partnering with employees, leaders, and/or HR teams on employee relations matters including performance management; Managing cyclical HR programs end-to-end within an organization to ensure internal compliance related to policies, processes, people management, and career development; HR operation, including employee lifecycle management and mobility; and Utilizing off-the-shelf HR Information systems and analytics tools to leverage reporting data insight capabilities. Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 10%.
