Key Responsibilities - Drive service excellence: Ensure vendors deliver services with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism. Track quality and suggest improvements. - Build knowledge assets: Assist in maintaining process documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content. - Identify improvements: Observe, suggest, and pilot small process enhancements that improve employee experience and operational efficiency. - Grow with us: Learn deeply about regional immigration laws, vendor management practices, and stakeholder engagement through structured exposure and mentoring.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Political Science, Law, Public Policy, Business, or related fields - 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships in mobility, HR, legal, or consulting will be considered) - Strong academic background and demonstrated problem-solving capabilities - Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a high-growth, fast-changing environment Preferred Qualifications - Exceptional communication skills—able to present ideas clearly and professionally to diverse audiences - Analytical and structured thinking—able to break down complex issues and support root cause analysis - Detail-oriented with basic project coordination or documentation skills - Collaborative mindset—eager to learn, adapt, and influence across teams and seniority levels - Demonstrated interest or basic knowledge in immigration, global mobility, or compliance - Experience working with external vendors or service providers is a bonus - Proactive, resourceful, and curious—constantly looking for better ways to solve recurring problems By submitting an application for this role, you accept and agree to our global applicant privacy policy, which may be accessed here: https://jobs.bytedance.com/en/legal/privacy If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@bytedance.com
