Team Introduction As one of the company’s functional departments, the HRM Department has supported ByteDance’s growth from a startup into a global company with over 100,000 employees. Guided by its mission "Unleash talent potential and inspire organizational vitality", the department consistently builds the company in the aspects of organization, talent and culture with a product-driven approach, fueling business growth. Job Description 1. Standardization consolidation of HR business processes: conduct in-depth research on document operation rules across more than 40 countries through research, interviews and document review; collaborate with the Legal team to clarify compliance requirements, and formulate a standardized global operation SOP by integrating market practical operations. 2. HR system configuration and enablement: master the operation of the self-developed HR system through systematic learning, collaborate with the system team to continuously iterate and optimize system functions, and efficiently support business scenarios in different countries through enhanced system capabilities. 3. HR process operation and global project support: Leverage flexible system tools and professional knowledge of regional business operations, communicate and cooperate with regional teams to deliver services via cross-border remote working, and support the implementation of global HR standardization projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) 1. Fluent English and basic Mandarin communication skills are required due to regular collaboration with stakeholders based in Mandarin-speaking markets for specific business and operational contexts. 2. Fast learning, strong logical thinking and comprehension capabilities are essential. 3. A proactive thinker with excellent communication skills, strong self-motivation, keen insight into industry trends and a strong sense of ownership. 4. Good pressure resilience and willingness to accept short-term cross-border business trips. Preferred Qualification(s) 1. Prior experience in global HRSSC operations or HRIS system implementation is preferred.
