Responsibilities
Team Introduction: CapCut is an all-in-one video editing app that empowers creators to express themselves and transform videos into creative masterpieces. In addition to its basic features, such as video editing, text, stickers, filters, colors and music, CapCut offers free advanced features, including keyframe animation, smooth slow-motion effects, chroma key, Picture-in-Picture (PIP), and stabilization to help you capture and snip moments. Responsibilities: - Recruit professionals and quality AI graphic & VFX designers who are familiar with AI design tools (eg, Dreamina, Canva, Midjourney, etc) to produce viral & quality images and materials (stickers, fonts, caption templates, VFX, etc). - Build up and manage the community of AI graphic & VFX designers working for CapCut with proper group management SOP and activities. Keep AI designers engaged and productive. - Analyze data and metrics on users' AI graphic & design preference and organise AI talents to customise production accordingly to help CapCut become more influential in PH. - Conduct online and offline workshops and surveys regularly with AI talents to give valuable feedback to product teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - More than 5-year working experience in creator, KOL recruitment and management - Good community management and education skills. Good at presentation and workshop moderation. - Good data analysis skill. Have a good taste of quality AI graphic content. Preferred Qualifications: - Design background and experience in managing community of designers and graphic talents. Good negotiation and promotion skills to develop AI graphic partners for CapCut. - Familiar with AI graphic tools (eg, Dreamina, Canva, Midjourney, etc). Have a good understanding of AI models and AI workflow.
