The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is TikTok's commercial engine, responsible for driving revenue by enabling the success of our global Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Strategic Partnerships functions. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Responsibilities - Support HR projects, including talent review, engagement initiatives, and organizational planning - Assist in data tracking, reporting, and documentation with high accuracy - Coordinate with stakeholders across different markets and functions - Provide logistical and communication support for HR programs and events - Cross-functional followup and individual General Inquiry - Documentation preparation for mobility/transfers
Qualifications
