Our responsibilities include month-end closing, financial statement preparation, contract review, industry research, financial control, business analysis, and communicating financial insights with business partners. Position Summary: We are seeking a Finance Business Partner within the Global Payment to support ByteDance's overseas credit business, which is in an expansion period. The business enjoys rapid growth, and you'll directly participate in many important projects, including financial budget management, accounting/reporting and business analysis. Responsibilities: 1. Accounting and reporting: Construction and maintenance of financial reports and management reports. Prepare monthly reports and continuously optimize them. Update and optimize the report structure in a timely manner according to the needs of business development to ensure that the reports reflect the actual operating situation of the business. 2. Finance control: Review contracts and approve payments, and verify the bill from the service providers, resolve any discrepancies. 3. Business analysis: Organize monthly business analysis meetings, continuously improve financial indicator analysis, regularly output analysis conclusions, track and monitor the potential impact of business indicator movements on financial data, build a financial evaluation system, and provide suggestions for improving efficiency and financial models. 4. Financial budget management: Create annual budgets and quarterly rolling forecasts, improve the budget management system, provide financial support for business budget formulation, assist business in achieving management goals, conduct regular data monitoring, analyze major budget variances, improve business operational efficiency, and make pre planning for business. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in management, finance, accounting, or statistics. 2. 5 years or more of work experience, with financial experience in accounting, reporting or FP&A related work experience in the credit industry in Brazil and Mexico is preferred. 3. Familiarity with Brazilian accounting standards is a must, and on this basis, understanding Mexican accounting standards and international accounting standards is a bonus point. 4. Strong logical thinking ability, able to solve complex problems through independent learning; Sensitive to numbers, meticulous, and patient. 5. Responsible and proactive in work, strong learning ability, able to think independently, highly self-motivated and responsible. 6. Strong communication skills, able to proactively identify problems and drive their resolution; Strong ability to withstand pressure. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Financial certificates such as CRC, ACCA, AICPA, CMA, CFA, etc. 2. Financial BP experience in UE analysis, contract review, and procurement approval.
