Responsibilities - Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle (i.e. Onboarding, Leave Management and Offboarding) - Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and operational procedures. - Assist in maintaining and improving HR operational processes to ensure they are clear, efficient, and consistent. - Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other HR Operations teams across regions. - Help ensure HR processes are managed in line with local labour regulations and company policies. - Handle employee inquiries and provide timely support to help resolve HR-related questions or issues. - Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and data tracking to support better operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - 5 years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources. - Strong knowledge of labour and compliance laws in Korea, including experience supporting trade union setup and management. - Experience managing employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, immigration matters, and offboarding). - Strong communication skills in both English and Korean. - Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn and contribute to the team. Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting employees and improving employee experience by providing end-to-end HR solutions to address employee issues. - High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professional ethics. - Humble, adaptable to changing priorities, and open to different perspectives, with the ability to adjust working style based on business needs; strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills to collaborate effectively across APAC teams.
