Responsibilities
Team Introduction: CapCut is an all-in-one video editing app that empowers creators to express themselves and transform videos into creative masterpieces. In addition to its basic features, such as video editing, text, stickers, filters, colors and music, CapCut offers free advanced features, including keyframe animation, smooth slow-motion effects, chroma key, Picture-in-Picture (PIP), and stabilization to help you capture and snip moments. Responsibilities: 1. Research, analyze, and identify content focused on AI and generative tools, and develop strategies to drive the adoption of CapCut AI and editing tools 2. Develop and execute content operation strategies on deep insights into monetization opportunities, opening more revenue channel to our creator community. 3. Develop systematic flow for content monetization strategy, and how to promote our CPP community to broader industry for commercial purpose 4. Build strategic partnerships with communities, studios, and publishers to improve overall CapCut tools adoption rate.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. 3+ years of working experience in the digital content industry. 2. Experience of short video platform industry and content monetization 3. Have a deep understanding and experience with AI tools exploration. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Strong project management skills and problem solving abilities. 2. Familiar with digital content ecosystems and strong data analysis skills. 3. Experience working in a remote online collaboration environment.
