Responsibilities Lead in-depth research and analysis of internal business data and external market metrics to identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Leverage industry publications, market research, consumer behavior patterns, and competitor analysis to assess the feasibility and profitability of new ventures, develop business cases, and help launch new products or services. Gather and continuously monitor performance data of key competitors and emerging startups, including analyzing their market share, revenue growth, and customer acquisition strategies, to identify trends and technological innovations in online marketplaces. Translate market and competitor insights into presentations to senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance, advancing internal discussions and informing strategic decision-making. Mentor junior- and mid-level team members.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Data Science, Analytics (any), Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following: Utilizing structured thinking and first-principles thinking to disaggregate complex business challenges, questions, or problems into clearly defined business strategy questions; Conducting qualitative primary and secondary research, including desktop research and expert interviews, to generate market insights and inform critical business decisions; Performing advanced quantitative analysis, including Excel-based financial modeling, to analyze a large quantity of financial, product, or operational data, to uncover business insights and inform resource allocation; Generating data visualization and dashboards for technical or non-technical audiences; and Project management, including defining project scope, developing detailed workplan, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, managing key stakeholders, and delivering strategic business outcome.
