About the team This team helps sellers and brands succeed by guiding them through store setup, performance optimization, and campaign execution. We provide strategic insights, foster influencer collaborations, and ensure brands thrive on the platform. In this role, you are responsible in making an impact on the overall cluster and sub-categories growth within the E-Commerce platform. Responsibilities: - Formulate the go-to-market, seller/brand growth and merchandise strategy for a specific cluster/category; - Dissemble goals, formulate budget plans, and transforming goals into executable plans; - Monitor the merchant ecosystem, discover high-potential merchants and explosive new product opportunities, while being alert with risks; - Implement and manage important merchant strategies; - Lead the entire team, ensuring OKRs are met
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above - 5+ years of experience in e-commerce industry, internet strategy or consulting firm; with relevant market research and business analytics skillsets - Have an in-depth knowledge of the E-Commerce ecosystem, value proposition and writing business proposals by identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs - Strong project delivery, commercial negotiations and relationship management along with deep analytical acumen - Team Management Experience Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with e-commerce platform company
