Key Responsibilities: - Work on the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product ideation, requirements gathering, product development, launch, and performance analysis. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to understand user needs, business objectives, and product priorities. - Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and business requirements to help shape product features and enhancements. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and provide insights that support product strategy and decision-making. - Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services, and help translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly product content and documentation. - Create and maintain product documentation, including release notes, user guides, FAQs, and internal knowledge resources. - Support product testing, feature validation, and launch activities to help ensure a high-quality user experience. - Monitor product performance using data and user insights, and contribute recommendations for continuous product improvements. - Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate product initiatives and ensure successful feature delivery. - Continuously build product management skills while contributing to real-world product development and business outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable insights. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Proven ability in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. - Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Internship or project experience in a large-scale internet or technology company is a plus. - Prior experience in product management, content writing, go-to-market strategy or market research is a plus. - Basic understanding of recommendation systems is a plus.
