Responsibilities • Establish a strong pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solution suite • Execute Go to Market strategy and drive revenue growth through effective sales closure activities • Build and manage a strong relationship with prospect and/or existing key clients • Familiar with industry pain points and able to solution innovation technology use cases to maximize the client's ROI • Partner closely with the marketing team to drive up market awareness of our innovative technology portfolio via public conferences, seminars and/or workshops • Be proactive in problem-solving even if it's outside of your concerned area and ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in Enterprise sales and/or partnerships in the technology industry. - Experienced fast learner of new technology solutions across SaaS, PaaS and IaaS to identify suitable partnerships globally. - A track record of strategic account management and successfully leading and growing partnerships by upselling and building strong relationships with both internal and external teams. - Experience leading executive business plans and independently translating topline goals into an impactful business plan, prioritizing initiatives that will drive value for the partnership - Experience in building product and business from 0-1 and 1-100 of in maturity. - Flexible to travel up to 50%. - Minimally holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or any related field Preferred qualifications: - Experienced in managing partnerships with SaaS and PaaS companies, DNB ecosystem (e.g gaming, social, web3, crypto), and FMCG, Retail & eCommerce agencies or platforms - Understanding of LLM, AIML, and Cloud Infrastructure is a plus or a technical background would be beneficial for this role. - Creative and solution driven to make the impossible possible. - Result driven while staying adaptive to change and embracing new challenges - Think big with practical execution - Experience in doing business in both International and China market
