About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Territory Merchandising Representative to help bring

CUDDLY’s growing retail presence to life across the Dallas Metroplex.

This role is all about storytelling through great merchandising—making sure our products stand

out, our displays shine, and our retail partners see the heart behind what we do.

You’ll be the face of CUDDLY in your region, ensuring that every store reflects our mission to

make a difference for animals and the people who love them.

What You’ll Do

● Bring the CUDDLY brand to life at retail through excellent merchandising, displays, and

shelf presence.

● Build trusted relationships with Walmart store teams and other key partners.

● Monitor inventory, ensure product availability, and execute resets and promotions.

● Capture field photos, insights, and feedback to share what’s working and where we can

improve.

● Support local events or initiatives that connect CUDDLY’s retail mission back to rescue

partners and customers.

● Represent our values of compassion, integrity, and teamwork every day.

What You’ll Bring

● Prior brand experience (CPG or pet industry strongly preferred).

● Experience working inside Walmart stores or with Walmart retail programs.

● A self-starter mindset with strong communication and relationship skills.

● Reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel throughout the DFW area.

● A genuine passion for animals and a belief in the power of purpose-driven brands.
