CUDDLY | $20/hr plus commission/bonus package

About the Role

CUDDLY is looking for a warm, personable Customer Outreach Sales Specialist to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice connecting with donors and customers, building relationships, generating positive selling and upselling opportunities, checking in on their experience, and helping our community stay engaged with CUDDLY's mission of supporting rescue animals.

What You'll Do

• Donor Upsell Calls: Reach out to current donors to introduce and encourage enrollment in our donor club, highlighting the added benefits and impact of membership.

• Collect Customer Information: Gather data to create more robust and personal experiences for our customers.

• Autoship Retention Calls: Contact customers who've cancelled autoship food orders to understand why, address concerns, and offer solutions to keep them supported (and retained, where appropriate), as well as sell additional product offerings when applicable.

• General Customer Service: Support the broader CS team with additional tasks, including email/chat support, order questions, and troubleshooting as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent phone communication skills: friendly, clear, and empathetic

• Comfortable with outbound calling and sales/retention conversations

• Strong listening skills and genuine care for customer experience

• Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets)

• Excellent data collection and critical thinking skills

• Passion for animal welfare or experience a big plus

• Prior Outbound Sales job experience preferred.
