EquipmentShare is searching for an Employee Experience Coordinator for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.
Job Summary:
The Employee Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting and enhancing the overall employee journey at EquipmentShare. This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee experience programs, ensuring smooth execution, data accuracy, and strong front-line support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Not at this time
Program Coordination & Administration
- Provide front-line support for all employee experience programs, serving as a key point of contact for employee inquiries
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, company celebrations, and team-building activities
- Maintain accurate records of employee experience programs, ensuring consistency and compliance
Onboarding & Employee Support
- Serve as a support liaison between new hires and internal departments, addressing any onboarding-related questions or issues
- Assist with the organization and delivery of orientation programs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner across multiple inboxes and channels
Data Entry & Accounting Support
- Accurately manage and update employee data across multiple systems, including Swag operations, address records, and Workday reporting, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflow integration
- Process and track employee-related expenses, invoices, receipts, and budget reports for engagement initiatives
- Reconcile program expenses and assist with financial reporting as needed
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Superior communication skills; verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; able to listen effectively to solve problems, anticipate issues, and make effective decisions
- Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping with high attention to detail
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, including expense tracking and invoice processing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-pace environment
Education and Experience:
- High school degree, required
- Bachelors degree, preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration, HR, employee experience, or related field
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work outside of core business hours as required
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer
- Ability to move on a regular basis to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted, bending, standing, climbing, or walking
