As the Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact to all of our future clients. Sharing the value of our platform with prospective clients, and pulling them through to a scheduled demo with your aligned account executive are the keys to success. Key Responsibilities
● Make 80+ outbound calls and send emails to veterinary practices to effectively engage prospective customers in a competitive landscape
● Set 40-50 qualified demos per month for the Sales team
● Constantly strive for improvement by actively engaging in coaching and training with your manager and peers
● Be recognized and rewarded for exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals, knowing that you are responsible for your own success
● Expertly navigate the veterinary space with the goal of continuing your personal and professional growth
Qualifications
● Committed to a career in sales
● Proven and demonstrable track record of success
● Highly coachable and flexible
● Know your way around technology--big plus if you have used Salesforce or another CRM in the past
● Professional attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
● 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
● Strong communication skills via phone and email
● Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
● Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
