We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst, Partner Operations to play a pivotal role in Grafana’s Partner Operations team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Grafana Parner team to optimize their operations, streamline processes, and leverage data-driven insights to drive growth and success. This role will require a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and an understanding of partner systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage partner onboarding including partner applications, agreement, execution, support, and compliance
- Maintain partner communication by updating the Partner Portal with relevant updates and company news
- Analyze partner data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track partner performance and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partner systems integration and data accuracy.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to partners on our systems and tools.
- Monitor partner compliance and assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve partner operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partner operations and analytics.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in partner operations, data analysis, or a similar role within a software company.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Looker etc.).
- Strong understanding of partner systems and integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with partners and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and cloud computing is a plus.
