| Sales Development Representative We are looking for an eager, coachable, and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). If you’re motivated to break into tech sales, hungry to succeed, and ready to work hard—this role offers the perfect entry point. As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by generating and qualifying opportunities through a balance of outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. In this role, you’ll identify, research, and engage potential customers through email, phone, social media, and networking, proactively creating new conversations and building pipeline. You’ll also respond quickly, professionally, and consultatively to prospective customers who express interest in our software, ensuring they receive a seamless and positive first experience. Additionally, occasional travel of up to 10% may be required to attend conferences and events. This is a high-energy, fast-paced role where attitude, effort, and coachability matter more than prior experience. Employees are expected to work in the office three days per week as part of our hybrid model. Salary and Benefits At GrowthZone, we are committed to offering competitive compensation aligned with employee qualifications. The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, determined based on experience, skills, and internal parity. In addition, SDRs are eligible for variable compensation based on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), such as scheduled demos and activity targets. We provide a comprehensive benefits package for our full-time team members, including medical, dental, and vision plans with company contributions to HSAs/FSAs, company-paid life insurance, long-term disability coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
