Onboarding Coach As customers purchase our market-leading software, our Onboarding Coaches guide them through the onboarding process to ensure they gain maximum value. In this position, you’ll closely manage multiple onboarding projects, working with customers via email, phone, and video calls. Your goal is to help new customers become self-sufficient with our software. Your responsibilities will include configuring our software to meet each customer’s specific needs, assisting with data migration, and managing all phases of their onboarding. Strong project management skills are essential as you’ll be responsible for overseeing several customer projects simultaneously, each spanning a multi-month implementation journey. You’ll prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure that each onboarding project stays on track. As a strong communicator, you’ll handle a portfolio of 12-15 projects at a time, guiding each customer through every step of the onboarding process. You’ll also work collaboratively with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and troubleshoot any challenges, ensuring our software integrates smoothly into customers' daily operations. A typical day includes 4-6 one-hour meetings with customers, alongside project prep work for your active queue. You’ll receive comprehensive training and support from a team of colleagues, giving you access to shared knowledge and resources to advance your expertise in our software. Salary and Benefits At GrowthZone, we are committed to offering competitive compensation aligned with employee qualifications. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000, determined based on experience, skills, and internal parity. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage with company contributions to HSAs and FSAs, company-paid life insurance, long-term disability insurance, critical illness insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
