Guild is hiring for a Director, Partnerships Enablement. As the leader overseeing the Partnerships Enablement function, you will equip and empower the Enablement team to set and operationalize a robust enablement strategy intended to accelerate the launch, implementation, and expansion of Guild’s learning and employer partnerships.
As the Director, Partnerships Enablement you will:
- Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team of enablement professionals
- Lead the team to drive a highly effective enablement strategy aligned to business goals
- Build scalable processes to uncover skill, knowledge, and resource gaps within go-to-market teams and set enablement priorities
- Build and deliver outstanding and high-impact learning experiences, and supporting tools and resources (including establishing, managing, and evolving a scalable enablement “tech stack”), to foster an environment of growth and improvement for a wide range of personas
- Develop, manage, and deliver onboarding experiences (supplemental to Guild-wide onboarding) for go-to-market teams
- Establish and maintain individual and team performance evaluation methods for training content, delivery, activities, engagement, and outcomes. Use metrics to validate knowledge retention, assess return on investment, and inform go-to-market priorities
- Leveraging training industry best practices, ensure all aspects of learning development and delivery are connected, high-impact, and meet the needs of a diverse range of users
- Nurture strong relationships with senior leadership (SVP+) across Guild
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- Experience leading and building enablement function, ideally in a B2B business whose solution includes both services & technology
- Excellent ability to navigate complex organizations, and develop and use strong cross-functional relationships with senior (SVP+) partners to gain alignment on priorities
- Experience setting the vision and priorities for an enablement team serving multiple audiences
- Advanced knowledge of enablement practices and tools
- Proven experience delivering high-impact enablement experiences grounded in business priorities, and mentoring others to do so
- Ability to think at both a big-picture, strategic level and a detailed, execution-orient level

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $159,500 - $188,375, as well as company stock options.
