Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Identify and onboard homemakers, hamper makers, and community sellers as Kitchen & Gupshup partners.
- Research and map potential partner communities across Northeast India.
- Assist the founder in building and piloting a women-led partner distribution program.
- Conduct outreach through calls, messages, and communities to recruit partner sellers.
- Help create partner onboarding materials, sales kits, and product catalogues.
- Coordinate with partners for orders, queries, and initial sales support.
- Track partner activity, sales data, and feedback to improve the program.
- Support in building and managing partner communication groups (WhatsApp/communities).
- Assist with small experiments to test what works in community-led selling.
- Document learnings and insights from the pilot to help scale the program.
