Your role:

Data enrichment & commercial workflows

  • Use Clay and other approved data sources to enrich, validate, and organize prospect and customer information.

  • Build AI-assisted workflows for research, summarization, classification, prioritization, and follow-up.
  • Use call transcripts and other commercial information to provide account context, identify recurring themes, and support useful follow-up.
  • Convert approved business logic and reporting into alerts, workflow triggers, and actions through systems such as Salesforce or Slack.
  • Include human review where needed and measure adoption and the intended process outcome.

Systems & cross-functional partnership

  • Work with Business Systems early when solutions affect core platforms, integrations, data structures, security, or technical governance.
  • Build within established architecture and technical standards; coordinate testing, launch, documentation, and ongoing support with system owners.
  • Partner with Sales Directors, Marketing, and Customer Experience to understand field needs, test solutions, and improve adoption.
  • Work with the SVP, Sales to translate commercial priorities into a practical build roadmap and communicate dependencies and results.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 4–5 years of experience building technical solutions for commercial, operational, or go-to-market teams.
  • Experience building workflows, automations, integrations, internal tools, or data-driven processes.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, data transformation, webhooks, databases, or similar integration methods.
  • Experience with CRM and go-to-market platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gong.
  • Practical experience applying AI or language models to business workflows.
  • Ability to translate an ambiguous business need into a clear, usable technical solution.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical choices to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Good judgment about when to automate, when to simplify, and when a process requires human review.
  • A track record of building solutions that people adopt and that improve operational performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Clay or other data enrichment and workflow platforms.
  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Experience combining CRM, call, enrichment, intent, and customer data.
