Role Overview

The Training Content Manager will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality training materials for the Member Operations team. This role focuses on the creation of engaging and effective training content for Trusted Referee and General Support agents, keeping our knowledge repositories current, and supporting the overall training presentation process. This position requires a keen understanding of learning technologies, instructional design, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement innovative training materials, including digital modules, instructional videos, and comprehensive guides, tailored for Trusted Referee and General Support agents.
  • Maintain and update training databases and knowledge repositories to ensure accuracy and relevance of information.
  • Assist in the preparation and refinement of training presentations, ensuring materials are aligned with current practices and industry standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on all Member Operations processes, providing critical insights and guidance to both new hires and existing staff
  • Work closely with the Director of Training and other departmental leaders to identify training needs and improve training effectiveness.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training content through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a content management / training role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information
  • Proven ability to create engaging and informative training content
  • Experience with digital training platforms and e-learning tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across the organization
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

The annual base salary listed below for this role is based on experience, skills, education, relevant training and geographic location. Company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, and benefits are available depending on the role.

Pay Range
$81,000$108,000 USD
