This position is responsible for handling all administrative tasks that support the team's efficiency, including but not limited to ticket creation, managing and processing forms, and other routine duties. By taking on these tasks, the Operations Administrative Assistant allows Operations Leaders to focus more on strategic management and operational oversight, rather than being occupied with day-to-day administrative work.
Responsibilities are as follows and not limited to:
- Assist with the staffers’ requests reporting issues or discrepancies with their paychecks.
- Manage and create reports for Payroll, all audited by Operations Administrative Manager.
- Review and update accounts’ internal chats with Operations highlights on Microsoft Teams.
- Instruct new additions of the account about the Reporting Protocol, monitor compliance and keep the Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager informed of those employees who fail to comply.
- Make sure the Welcome Email & Meeting Protocol takes place every time there is a new addition to an account
Skills and Knowledge:
- Educational background in any Business, Logistics, Engineering, or Administrative career.
- At least 1 year of experience inside LSG.
- English level starting at B2 (mid) (conversational and written).
- Sense of urgency
- Office management systems and procedures • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Teams, in particular)
