We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of logistics, shipments, and documentation of cargo within the United States. Your main task will be to track and coordinate the movement of different cargoes, ensuring an efficient and seamless flow through our operations.

Responsibilities

• Cargo Tracking: Monitor the status of cargo in transit and coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery.
• Logistics Management: Plan and organize routes and dispatch schedules to optimize transportation efficiency.
• Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary documentation for shipments and ensure compliance with current regulations.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with all those involved in the logistics process to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve problems related to transportation and documentation in a proactive manner.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 7 months of experience in a bilingual call center.

• Languages: English proficiency level B2 (upper intermediate), with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Availability: availability to work in person at any time.

• Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work under pressure and attention to detail.
