As a Content Producer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand's vision and goals. This role requires a versatile individual who can handle everything from studio shoots to on-the-go, “run and gun” style productions, often seen on YouTube and social media. The ideal candidate is an experienced video editor and producer with a strong background in photography and motion design. Mastery of color correction, composition, and post-production techniques is essential. A deep understanding of the entire production process, from concept to final delivery, is essential.

Responsabilities:

• Lead and execute video production projects, including planning, shooting, editing, and post-production, for a variety of content types, including social media, product videos, and internal communications.
• Capture high-quality corporate and event photography, creative social media shots, and lifestyle imagery.
• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and apply motion design using After Effects; proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop is required.
• Perform advanced color correction and composition to maintain consistency and quality across all visual content.
• Manage video, audio, and lighting equipment to ensure high production standards in both studio and on-location shoots.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to deliver content that aligns with brand objectives and meets project deadlines.
• Work closely with the Creative Director and Art Directors during the pre-production phase of projects to ensure clear communication and alignment on objectives. • Take detailed notes during Creative Briefs to fully understand each project, enabling effective planning or supporting the project as needed.
• Identify captivating content, visuals, music, and typography design for each assigned project. Organize assets to clearly communicate project objectives to all stakeholders.
• Stay informed and committed to industry trends and best practices to create engaging stories and content for platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field required.

• 4+ years of experience in video production and editing.

• English B2 / C1

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Hands-on experience with video, audio, and lighting equipment.

• Proven ability to produce high-quality content in both controlled studio environments and spontaneous, on-the-go situations.

• Strong photography skills, with a portfolio showcasing your work.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage projects independently. • Willingness to travel for production shoots as needed.

• Ability to commute to office and Travel to other cities in Colombia and US.

• Familiar with Apple and PC systems. • Familiarity with fundamental audiovisual equipment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and enjoys working with others.

• Performs well under stress and is able to adapt quickly when new directions are given.

• Familiar with live Stream Backend - Vimeo + Facebook.

• Must work well independently and with a team.
