The Business Operations Analyst is a critical role designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics and supply chain operations. By analyzing data, improving processes, and collaborating with various teams, this position helps to ensure that our operations are both cost-effective and customer-focused. The Senior Operations Analyst supports strategic initiatives and provides actionable insights to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

Its functions are the following, however, they are not limited to:

-Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and inefficiencies. Use these insights to enhance operational efficiency and inform strategic decision-making.

-Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on commission structures across all sales roles to ensure transparency and motivate performance.

-Implement and manage a robust variance reporting strategy to identify deviations from expected operational outcomes and financial forecasts.

- Collect and analyze daily business flows at a load level to ensure timely invoicing and payments with clients and carrier partners, preventing any operational delays.

- Analyze broker-level data to ensure optimization and efficiency in brokerage operations. Manage and monitor input on Client Success Dashboards, Training Dashboards, and all CS KPIs.

- Build, monitor, and provide dashboards and input for all modes of brokerage sales. Offer customized reports to enable these dashboards for internal stakeholders, helping brokers understand their standings through clear visualizations.

- Create and manage custom tracking and reporting for specific modes of operation. Implement customer-specific KPI reporting processes and ensure that inside sales representatives have the necessary tools to successfully sell Steam's capabilities.

- Utilize Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint to convert data metrics into actionable insights. Test changes in Salesforce/Revenova with the IT team to ensure that updates are effective and do not negatively impact existing procedures.

Required Skills:

- English Fluency (B2 - C1)

- Advanced excel and Power bi

- Background related to International Business, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.

- Analytical skills and sharp.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high accuracy and quality.

- Adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
