Role Description:

The Logistics Support Representative is responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring their accuracy and timely fulfillment. To accomplish this, the representative must coordinate with various departments to handle order modifications or special requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Its functions are the following; however, they are not limited to:

• Process customer orders, making sure they are filled accurately and on schedule.
• Ensure to select the best service and route for shipping packages.
• Guarantee that all arrangements are made for the execution of load delivery.
• Coordinate and schedule shipments, including arranging transportation.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on order status, shipment tracking, and delivery schedule.
• Identify and address logistics-related challenges promptly.
• Organize and classify data.
• Relay and address issues or load escalations if required.
• Attend all scheduled meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in Air freight pricing / Air freight exports in the US market is a must.
• 1+ years of Freight forwarding experience required.
• English Fluency (B2 Mid - C1)
• Computer Skills including the ability to operate computerized logistics, spreadsheets, and word-processing programs.
• Organized with high attention to detail.
• Problem-solving.
