Role Description:

As an International Logistics Coordinator at Lean Solutions Group, you will play a crucial role in our Global Forwarding team. Your responsibilities will include handling all international order shipments, from documentation preparation to ensuring accurate processing. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company and advance your career in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and emails from drivers, carriers, and customers in a timely manner.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring the caller feels supported and valued.
  • Update and document information utilizing the Bazooka TMS.
  • Create incidents and send emails as needed and notify appropriate parties, escalating when necessary.
  • Execute while maintaining exceptional customer service in tone and actions.
  • Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Other duties as assigned.
