As a Logistics Coordinator in the Carrier Sales and Negotiation Division, you will strategically source and match trucking companies with our client’s portfolio of shipments from pickup to delivery. You will conduct strategic sales activities, including making outbound and inbound calls to trucking companies in the United States and negotiating competitive freight rates. In addition, you will also onboard and develop new carrier relationships, supervise the track and trace of your shipments, and problem-solving issues related to your shipments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities are as follow and not limited to:

  • Conduct outbound/inbound calls to carriers in client's internal and external networks
  • Negotiate and sell competitive rates for our client's shipments
  • Onboard new carriers and develop ongoing relationships
  • Supervise the track and trace of your shipments
  • Resolve issues related to your shipments and communicate it to account management
  • Ensure invoices and PODs are accurately being sent to
  • Billing in a timely manner
  • Source and procure carriers through load boards, internal/external networks, and referrals
  • Proactive in communicating daily with trucking companies you will work with.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our carrier partners
  • Full transparency of our available shipments

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • English Fluency (B2 High - C1)
  • At least 6 months of Carrier Sales experience (It's a must).
