About the position
This role is strategic and client-centric, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients. Successful candidates will be adept at developing and implementing solutions that solve problems at the root cause level, proactively identifying and resolving issues in performance, attendance, and other areas critical to program success and overall health. This role requires excellent communication and people skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and solve problems. Collaboration with clients and internal partners is critical to the success of this role.
Essential duties and responsibilities
-Be the main point of contact for clients, acting as a liaison between them and our internal teams
-Develop and implements account care plans for assigned clients, and monitor progress against those plans
-Responsible for ensuring that clients are satisfied with Lean and services, and work to resolve any issues that may arise
-Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support
-Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team
-Promote/drive cross-departmental communication and collaboration
-Excellent problem solving skills
Experience and Education
-Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
-Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-Proven success in fast paced work environment
-B2 English level
-1+ years of experience handling clients in BPO
