Quality Assurance Analyst

The Quality Assurance Analyst main priority is to get familiarized with the QA tools and protocols within the learning curve and support the Quality Assurance Specialists with the documents creation and any other assistance needed. The QA Analyst must adopt a proactive approach to identify, tackle red flags & work on areas of opportunity that might affect the overall operation.

Responsibilities as follow and not limited to:

  • Oversee, track, and analyze account and department specific goals, KPIs, outcomes and corrective action plans as part of the continuous quality improvement plan.
  • Conduct periodic floor rounds. • Fill unnoticed service gaps and help expand our customers’ suite of solutions.
  • Determine data-driven solutions and implement quality improvement plans.
  • Assist with the development of LSG policies, processes, and procedures. • Adhere to customers’ and LSG mission/goals.
  • Identify underachievers to deliver targeted training/create action plans.
  • Develop a culture of caring and growing.
  • Develop internal auditing tools and conduct internal audits and reports.
  • Prepare and maintain quality management documentation (SOP, JD, Flowchart, Organizational Chart)
  • Support the Quality Department in any project requested.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Professional in administrative careers or (business administration, industrial engineering and / or related) studies related to Quality Management Systems.
  • Internal experience: 6-12 months of experience in operational accounts of the organization. (Quality Assurance in a BPO experience is an advantage)
  • Outstanding multitasking skills.
  • Strong management and self-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills: both verbal and written.
