Role Description:

As an International Logistics Coordinator at Lean Solutions Group, you will play a crucial role in our Global Forwarding team. Your responsibilities will include handling all international order shipments, from documentation preparation to ensuring accurate processing. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company and advance your career in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work on assigned loads through the Transportation Management System (TMS)

· Verify container availability before pick-up

· Tender drayage movement to an authorized carrier

· Ensure carriers receive work orders from brokers

· Schedule pick-ups and delivery appointments as needed

· Monitor the entire shipment process, including pick-up, transit, delivery, and container return

· Verify final charges with carriers and communicate any discrepancies to brokers

Required Skills:

· English Fluency (B2 - C1)

· Background related to international business, international relations, administration or industrial engineering.
