Role Description:

The Operations Coordinator manages daily operations for customer accounts, building relationships with contacts to increase volume and profit margins. They are responsible for creating loads, scheduling appointments, ensuring proper service, and maximizing profitability without compromising quality. They identify issues, provide solutions, and have basic market and pricing knowledge, negotiating rates with customers.

Its functions are the following, however, they are not limited to:

  • Report on the status of the loads and any other news that arises during the movement of the goods.
  • Obtain the necessary documentation to complete the assigned logistics activities, whether in the air, maritime or land fields.
  • Meet the goals and expectations set by the client and/or immediate Supervisor.
  • Follow the responsibilities assigned by the company and your employer in terms of policies, regulations, quality, health, and safety
