About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Program Manager to join our team. The Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing various marketing initiatives including email programs, customer referral programs, SMS campaigns, realtor programs, and trade programs, and more. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

1.Email Program and SMS Campaign Management:

o Develop strategic audience journeys based on first and third party data

o Develop and execute marketing strategies to engage customers with timely and relevant messages

o Oversee the creation, scheduling, and distribution of email and SMS campaigns

o Create and implement email marketing strategies to engage and retain customers.

o Create and implement email marketing strategies to engage and acquire new customers

o Manage email campaigns from conception to implementation, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.

o Continuously optimize email performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data analysis.

o Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.

2.Customer Referral Program:

o Manage a customer referral program to drive customer acquisition and retention.

o Create referral incentives and promotions to encourage customers to refer their networks.

o Monitor and analyze referral program performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

3.Realtor Program:

o Manage a realtor program to foster relationships with real estate professionals and drive referrals.

o Create engagement strategies and incentives for realtors to refer potential clients.

o Monitor the success of the realtor program and make adjustments as needed.

4.Trade Program:

o Manage trade marketing programs to engage and incentivize trade partners.

o Maintain strong relationships with trade partners to promote the company's products and services.

o Track and analyze the performance of trade marketing initiatives to ensure they meet business objectives.

Experience, Education and Skills

· BA/BS in Advertising, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or related degree. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

· 5+ years of experience in marketing program management, with a focus on email marketing, customer referral programs, SMS campaigns, realtor programs, CDP, CRM, and trade programs.

· Thrives in a fast-paced environment working on a multitude of projects with people at different levels

· Ability to work independently

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel

· Experience with design tools such as Canva preferred

· Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive measurable results.

· Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

· Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, CDP tools, and analytics tools.

· Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organization.

· Ability to think critically, with a broad scope of understanding marketing challenges.

· Flexibility and adaptability to navigate evolving priorities and responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
