Role Description:
The Account Payable Specialist position will be in charge of the Accounts Payable Inc. inbox, by checking the emails and documentation that have been sent; categorize them and start working on processing payments of the expense report, putting the correct information on the Excel form, and ask for approval by email if is necessary. Additionally, will work on sending remittances, check and organize invoice entry, enter employee expense reports, record payments using the system of Microsoft Dynamics GP to search vendors or transactions information among other functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage emails.
• Check and organize the invoice entry.
• Record payable charges on Excel and ask for approval.
• Enter employee expense reports. • Send remittances.
• Reconcile credit card travel expenses of employees.
• Record payments with Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
• English Fluency (B2 - C1)
• 2 - 3 years of related work experience.
• High attention to detail.
• Organized. • Multitasking.
• Time management.
• Assertive communication.
• Proactiveness.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Good knowledge of Logistics.
• Be specific when providing the information that is needed.
• Computer skills including the ability to operate different portals, and accuracy.
