Role Description:

The Billing Specialist role is essential for the efficient management of finances related to repair services that provides to other companies. This position is primarily responsible for generating and managing invoices associated with truck repairs. Create accurate and detailed invoices based on the repairs performed on the company's trucks, ensuring all activities and services are correctly reflected in the billing documents. Send invoices to client companies promptly and efficiently, following established procedures to ensure proper and timely payment for services rendered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make invoices indicating data such as: what was the work done, how much it cost and the total.
• Request invoice approvals
• Upload invoices to the nav system
• Send invoices to client's billing email address.
• Be attentive to all channels of communication.
• Other duties assigned.

Required Skills:

• At least 6 months of experience as a collection/ billing agent or related.

• Advanced intermediate English (B2 - C1).

• Planning and organization of work.

• Attention to details

• Proactivity

• Assertive communication
