Talent Acquisition Analyst

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team in any of our offices in Colombia: Medellín, Bogotá, and Barranquilla.
About the position:
This role is responsible for identifying qualified candidates to fill the required vacant positions and coordinating, along with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, the recruitment and selection process for the department in need.
Responsibilities
- Receive requisition information aligned with the TA Coordinator and post the requisition in the ATS
- Organize the sourcing process to select suitable candidates for different positions with pre-screening and initial interviews
- Responsible for ensuring the posting of job vacancies through the correct communication channels, such as Landing Pages, external job boards, universities, and internal platforms (ATS)
- Ensure that all candidates meet the required steps, tests, technical requirements, and other job-specific criteria
- Ensure the minimum candidate pool for the assigned profile
- Receive and process all candidate documentation
- Communicate any updates regarding the assigned requisitions to the TA Coordinator
- Oversee the process for candidates who meet the vacancy requirements
- Ensure that all candidates have completed all steps, tests, technical requirements, and other aspects of the position
- Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates, indicating their completion of the process
- Support the standardization of the reporting and analysis process, ensuring flawless execution of data integrity in the ATS
- Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates
Academic background and experience:
- Professional in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or related HR area
- English B2
